Clean rooms with comfortable beds and friendly staff. Noise from thin walls was annoying at night. Conveniently located near the Biltmore Estate and a fun local culture tour. The breakfast options could be better, though.

The location is convenient, close to the Biltmore Estate. The indoor pool is nice for families. The room cleanliness was below expectations; I found hair on the sheets. breakfast options were quite limited. There's a golf course nearby for those interested.

The room was cozy and the bed felt like a dream. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast with fresh pastries and hot coffee every morning.
It wasn’t the cheapest option, but it was worth every penny!

The staff is friendly and quick to help. The breakfast options are pretty decent and the room layout maximizes space well.
The early check-in fee felt a bit unnecessary since the room was ready.

Great location and friendly staff. Thin walls made it hard to sleep.

The room we got had a weird smell and the toilet was a disaster—wouldn’t flush, handle was broken, and there was a nasty mess in the bowl.

The location is perfect for visiting the Biltmore and nearby attractions. The room was spacious and clean, but some issues lingered; a funny smell greeted us, and the bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast had the basics, but the setup could use more space, and the ice situation was a hassle. Staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Tyler, who helped find us a room with a tub for the kids. the noise from other guests was disruptive, and the slow Wi-Fi was frustrating. It’s a mixed bag—great potential, but some improvements are necessary.

The hotel is ideally situated just a short drive from the heart of downtown Asheville, making it super convenient for exploring everything from local eateries to the historic Biltmore Estate, which is only about 3.19 km away, and popular spots like New Morning Gallery and Southern Highland Craft Guild, both of which are just over 2.5 km away, ensuring that weekend strolls are always just around the corner; plus, the hotel offers clean rooms, comfortable beds, and helpful staff, although the breakfast options are fairly basic and could use some variety.

A solid choice for families. The pool kept the kids entertained, and the breakfast, while typical, was decent—always replenished and clean. Cleanliness was impressive; I notice these things. The hotel was well-kept, and the air smelled fresh. Staff interactions were positive; friendly and professional at every touchpoint. The location is convenient, just a short drive to dining and activities. there were hiccups. The early check-in fee seemed unnecessary, especially after prior confirmation. The bed wasn’t secured to the headboard, which caused an awkward moment. Minor tweaks could elevate this place from good to great. Ultimately, a pleasant stay, but there's room for improvement.

The room featured a very comfortable bed and cozy pillows. I appreciated the large, clean bathroom, although the lighting could have been brighter—especially for makeup application. Temperature control was effective, keeping the room pleasant. While it was quiet for the most part, there were moments of disturbance from other guests. The room had a standard TV with limited channels. A shower stall instead of a tub was a bit of a letdown. The room smelled odd upon arrival, which lingered. Adequate parking was available, but could get crowded during peak hours.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Wifi was really weak and parking was tricky.

After exploring Chimney Rock Park and rafting, we crashed in the coziest rooms ever. Beds were like sleeping on marshmallows, staff was chill, and hot showers recharged us. Perfect spot to crash after our adventures!
Only thing missing was a cool hangout spot on-site for young folks to chill and party.

Room was spacious and felt modern, despite a small musky smell at first. Great location near the highway and attractive pricing. Staff was friendly and the breakfast selection was good.
The room had a musty odor that lingered due to the AC. Staff didn't address a water puddle issue properly and didn't offer a room change. Check-in wasn't flexible, and breakfast was lacking hot options besides DIY waffles.

The heating in the room was effective, keeping us nice and warm during the chilly evenings. I did experience some issues with the air conditioning as it struggled to keep the room cool enough on hotter days. One of the things I really appreciated was having tea and coffee facilities in the room. It was a nice touch to have that option for a quick pick-me-up in the morning. The sitting area in the room was comfortable and provided a nice space to relax after a long day of exploring. I also enjoyed spending some time in the garden furniture outside. It was a pleasant area to sit and enjoy the surroundings. The am/fm alarm clock in the room was handy for ensuring we woke up on time for our activities. While I didn't utilize room service during my stay, I found the availability of this service reassuring. the lack of dry cleaning services on the premises was a bit disappointing as I was in need of that during my trip. I would have appreciated more guidance on tours and ticket assistance at the hotel. It would have been helpful to have more information readily available to plan out our daily activities.

Located in the heart of the stunning Blue Ridge Mountains, this lodge offers resort-style amenities, free WiFi, and a cozy lobby with a fireplace. The indoor pool was a hit, and the breakfast was a nice touch. I felt like a pampered mountain queen!
Oh, the joy of waiting in line and dealing with flaky USB chargers.

I chose this hotel specifically for its proximity to the Biltmore Estate, and I was pleasantly surprised by the free daily continental breakfast, Wi-Fi, and parking. These conveniences saved me money and made my stay even more enjoyable.
Unpleasant cigarette smoke smell.

The room was updated and clean, located in a great spot. The bed was comfy, and the staff was friendly.
The bathroom fan and elevator weren't working properly. No special gestures were made for my girlfriend's birthday, which was the reason for our stay.

After a day of exploring Chimney Rock's stunning vistas, our family found a cozy retreat at the hotel. The comfy beds and friendly staff helped us recharge for our next adventure. The hot shower and cloud-like pillows were a hit!
My wife says that the hotel could enhance the kid-friendly amenities.
